Terms of Use
Effective October 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of JaiHarrisTV™, operated by Free Royalty Studios LLC.
Personal viewing
You may stream publicly available content for personal, noncommercial viewing using the website’s authorized players. Accounts are optional. Free access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reuse the content.
Ownership and written permission
Films, series, scripts, music, artwork, posters, photographs, graphics, logos, educational materials, and other content belong to Jai Harris, Free Royalty Studios LLC, or their respective rights holders, as applicable.
Permission required
Except as expressly permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not copy, download, record, reproduce, repost, distribute, sell, license, adapt, remix, publicly screen, or otherwise reuse this content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder. Crediting the creator does not replace permission.
Sharing links
You may share links through the site’s sharing tools. Permission to share a link does not authorize uploading or republishing the underlying work.
AI and automated use
Except as permitted by applicable law or an express license, you may not scrape or extract site content for datasets, train or fine tune AI models using it, or use it to create unauthorized replicas of protected works, voices, or likenesses without prior written permission.
Responsible use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, misuse another person’s account, remove ownership notices, or misrepresent an affiliation with Jai Harris or Free Royalty Studios.
Third-party services and availability
Embedded videos, social platforms, and external services have their own terms. Content and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
